The campaign is coming to an end and you keep surprising us: #3 Stretch goal has been reached!
Congratulations, the SNES edition colored buttons are yours! Soon you’ll be able to customize your FunKey S at will thanks to the extra set of colored buttons you’ll find into the box!
And now, the moment you’ve all been waiting for... It is time to reveal what is hidden behind that last stretch goal.
We've listened to one of your most frequent request: If we reach the last stretch goal, you'll unlock the new absolutely stunning Atomic Purple color!

Hello friends!
So, we've received countless suggestions for sleeves/cases/pouches... Most of them are amazing!
In fact there are so many different types that it is impossible to satisfy everyone, and it would be a shame to loose some of your best ideas.
We've set up a forum so we're not the only ones anymore to receive your suggestions: now the whole community can interact with each other, comment and improve the designs: https://www.funkey-project.com/forum
Some of you proposed 3D printed cases: why not creating a specific thread for that? Discuss and share your files!
Others proposed to reuse existing cases: It's true that some of them seem already made for the FunKey S. Well you can share the all the links and pictures on the forum so that everyone can benefit.
Lastly many of you proposed brand new ideas based on leather pouches or existing cases: we'll follow every idea posted on the forum and we will listen. The suggestions we'll love and that we see really appeal to the most will be very seriously considered to be custom made for the FunKey S and added to our accessories catalog!
We truly want to move step by step with you, so feel free to chat and elaborate designs, concepts... #teamwork

How are you doing? You went super quick on the first stretch goal! Your enthusiasm is really great to see 😀
32GB micro SD cards for everybody, what about now? What’s next?
We received too many great ideas to add them all so we took the time to review them and make sure with our production team they were feasible and would respect the current timeline.
Here are out three brand new stretch goals based on your suggestions, it’s up to you now!
So stretch goal #2 is… a new color! That was one of the most asked item! And we also picked the most wanted color : classic gray! You can now get your FunKey S in a stunning timeless retrogaming look. We based the gray colors on the classic NES and SNES consoles. Stretch goal #2 is set at $150K!
Stretch goal #3 : Every box will come with 4 extra sets of colored buttons: red, green, yellow and blue! You will be able to customize your FunKey S at will with close to 50 millions possible choices now! Our personal favorites are the classic SNES and NES versions. This stretch goal #3 will be unlocked at $175K!
Finally, stretch goal #4 is… a surprise! But it awaits you at $200K!
Oh and by the way, we heard you about the protective case/sleeve. We already have something in mind 😉

This announcement come a bit late sorry 🙈, but you guys already guessed it:
The first stretch goal has officially been reached 🎉🎉🎉!!!
This not only means that everyone will get a huge SD card upgrade for free but it also means that now we are thinking about the next stretch goal 😉... We're already received many great suggestions but we haven't decided yet sot there's still time, if you guys have any great ideas, now is the time to share them in the comments/messages or by email at [email protected]

Hi Guys!
We've got some good news!
Yup, you did it, the 2nd stretch goal is now officially unlocked!
At the end of the campaign, you’ll receive a survey in which you’ll be asked to choose between original purple and retrogaming gray :) And if you pledged for a pack of two or more FunKey S, you’ll pick what you want for each of them!
That leads us to another important point :
One week from now, the Kickstarter campaign will be over. So for those of you who were waiting the very last moments to help us fly, keep in mind that there are only seven days left!
Seven solid days to make it to #3 Stretch Goal : the SNES Edition buttons!
C’mon guys, those buttons ain’t so far from reach!
Share our project with your friends and colleagues and we’ll get there in no time 🤜 🤛
